 .\nKey Details\n\nFormat: Facilitated group discussion (minimum 1½ hours)
 \nParticipation: The session relies on participation from the group\, and 
 we would ask all to contribute\; submit agenda topics in advance using the
  google form.\nEligibility: Strictly limited to Pro Members (Standard Memb
 ers must upgrade to attend)\n\nWorkshop Objectives\n\nIdentify recurring c
 hallenges encountered by retrofit professionals.\nShare past incidents and
  lessons learned from colleagues’ experiences.\nEstablish best-practice ap
 proaches where possible.\nPropose new conventions or refinements to existi
 ng ones for Proficiency to advocate for in the conventions group.\nRecomme
 nd software enhancements for Proficiency to pursue.\nEvaluate the need for
  new or updated guidance.\nChallenge accreditation schemes on problematic

 of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ah
 ead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You ca
 n do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once yo
 u have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure 
 you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the r
 ight name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less tha
 n 24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting 
 us to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it 
 is not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to t
 he last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not
  be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have
  tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we canno
 t see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certifica
 te. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, pleas
 e email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way i
 n which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully
  paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal wi
 th something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn yo
 ur video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. V
 ideo off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD 
 certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you co
 uld be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. Thi
 s verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the val
 ue of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted b
