  session may well be interesting for NDEAs\, but will be less directly rel
 evant currently. epIMS will be looking to create a non-domestic equivalent
  package in due course\, but that is a little way off yet.\nFollowing a br
 ief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\n\nProficiency brief update / ind
 ustry news\n\nAdding value to your EPC\n\n\n\nIntro\nWhat makes a good ass
 essment\nExamples of good and bad data collections\nBuilding on the custom
 er relationship by adding value to the EPC\nMonetising the Information fro
 m your EPC\nIntegrating other available data and generating detailed and c
 osted recommendations\nIdentifying grant funding opportunities\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or ca
 rried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floo
 r discussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect this to f
 inish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as there is a l
 ot to gained from the open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis ev
 ent is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost o
 f £25. (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions like this
  for free in the year)\nAttendance certificates will be added to the membe
 r's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certifica
 te to enable them to claim at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nNOT A MEMBER

 will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the me
 eting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For onli
 ne events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you w
 ill receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time fro
 m then until just before the meeting starts. Once you have registered you 
 will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using you
 r correct full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD 
 certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 24 hours to go\, ple
 ase check your junk / spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't 
 received the link. It will probably be there. If it is not then do contact
  events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to the last minute. Once w
 e have started to set up for the session we will not be able to take calls
  or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up an
 d both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present 
 we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in adv
 ance that you will not have video capability\, please email events@profici
 ency.services and we will agree an alternative way in which the organisers
  can verify you were actually present (and hopefully paying attention) for
  the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like an u
 rgent phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst yo
 u do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short per
 iods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonge
 d periods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, will p
 revent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of your
  presence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD 
 certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditation scheme
 s. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates cannot be issued due to
