 it planning software designed to help Domestic Energy Assessors\, Retrofit
  Assessors and Retrofit Coordinators turn property data into clear\, pract
 ical and client-ready retrofit strategies. The platform allows users to im
 port existing RdSAP data and rapidly assess different improvement measures
 \, model their impact on EPC ratings\, energy costs and carbon emissions\,
  and build tailored retrofit pathways based on the objectives and budget o
 f each client. It also generates design information\, delivery programmes\
 , and provides access to a vetted supply chain with agreed costs and comme
 rcial terms.\nFor Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators\, Ivynest also suppo
 rts the preparation of key PAS 2035-related outputs\, including Improvemen
 t Option Evaluations\, Medium-Term Improvement Plans\, risk assessments\, 
 condition\, ventilation reports\, trustmark lodgement and customer-facing 
 reports. This helps reduce administration\, improve consistency and make r
 etrofit recommendations easier for both professionals and homeowners to un
 derstand.\n \nFollowing a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProf

 lready carrying out.\nSee how an existing EPC XML can be transformed into 
 client-ready retrofit plans and designs ready for execution in around five
  minutes.\nLive walkthrough of the complete end-to-end workflow.\nPractica
 l advice on introducing retrofit reports to homeowners.\nOpen Q&A.\n\n\n\n
 This is followed by an open floor discussion and networking session to clo
 se the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexib
 ility if you can as there is a lot to gained from the open discussions and
  networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is
  open to non-members at a cost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and ge
 t at least 12 sessions like this for free in the year)\nAttendance certifi
 cates will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provi
 ded with a PDF attendance certificate. The meeting is expected to last for
  about an hour and a half overall\, and to qualify for at least an hour of

  ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You
  can do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once
  you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensu
 re you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get th
 e right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less 
 than 24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacti
 ng us to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If 
 it is not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it t
 o the last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will 
 not be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you h
 ave tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we ca
 nnot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certif
 icate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, pl
 ease email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative wa
 y in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefu
 lly paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal
  with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn
  your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees
 . Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for C
 PD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you
  could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate.

 value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepte
 d by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates
