 \nEffective customer care for energy assessors\nData collection and manage
 ment\nDrawing effective floor plans for data collection (on paper or table
 t)\nThe market for estate agent plans and lease plans\nLegionella risk ass
 essments\nThe upgrade path to Retrofit assessor\n\nWe will then pick up an
 y specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the pr
 evious meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and networki
 ng session to close the meeting. Start time is 6:00 pm. Finish time should
  be around 7:30 pm depending on the number of questions raised.\nThis even
 t is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of 
 £20\nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. No
 n-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable them t
 o claim the CPD time.\nHOW IT WORKS - Please read carefully\nYou will be s
 ent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the meeting. Th
 is is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online events
  we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will recei
 ve a link to register for the event. You can do this any time from then un
 til just before the meeting starts. Once you have registered you will rece
 ive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using your correct
  full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD certifica
 te (if applicable)\,\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up and b
 oth your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present we 
 may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advanc
 e that you will not have video capability\, please email events@proficienc
 y.services and we will agree an alternative way in which the organisers ca
 n verify you were actually present (and hopefully paying attention) for th
 e entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like an urge
 nt phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst you d
 o so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short period
 s of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged p
 eriods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, will prev
 ent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of your pr
 esence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD cer
 tificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditation schemes.
