  captured at the start. This session shows how Survey Shack delivers condi
 tion at listing in practice\, and where Proficiency members fit. We will d
 emonstrate the guided non invasive inspection in the app\, and the Homeown
 er Report it produces\, a photo led\, standardised summary that sellers an
 d agents can use from day one. We will show how adding Survey Shack to an 
 EPC visit creates a simple paid add on\, turning one site visit into two s
 ervices and\, in many cases\, doubling or even tripling assessor revenue w
 hile supporting the current consultation objectives.\n \nWe will then pick
  up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from 
 the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and ne
 tworking session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 p
 m but allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gained from t
 he open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Pro

 e the event. For online events we generally use Zoom and highly recommend 
 you attend on a large screen device.\nOnce registering you should get an e
 mail with a link to a Zoom registration page. Once you have registered you
  will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using yo
 ur correct full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD
  certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If by the morning of the event you do not
  appear to have received the link\, please check your junk / spam folder b
 efore contacting us. It will probably be there. If it is not then do conta
 ct events@proficiency.services (but don't leave it to the last minute. Onc
 e we have started to set up for the session we will not be able to take ca
 lls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up
  and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are prese
 nt we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in

 for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like a
 n urgent phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst
  you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short 
 periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolo
 nged periods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, wil
 l prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of y
 our presence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency C
 PD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditation sch
