 esignBuilder Workshop (for producing EPCs using SBEM).\nPrimarily an 'impr
 overs' session but also highly relevant to experienced DesignBuilder users
 .\nPre-Booking is required.\nThis CPD session will be presented by Ian Stu
 rt\, the prior Chairman of Proficiency and experienced DesignBuilder user.
   This will be an interactive workshop session focussing on topics request
 ed by attendees.\n\nSpecific content to be covered\n\nPlease submit your r
 equests for what you would like covered and we will endeavour to incorpora
 te them.\n\n\n\nThe aim is to demonstrate the effective way(s) of utilisin
 g the helpful features in DesignBuilder. There will be demonstration of so
 me methods\, but also an opportunity to discuss and share alternatives\, s
 e everyone should learn something from this workshop session.\nTime permit
 ting we can also pick up other topics introduced during the session.\nThis
  event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cos
 t of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get access to at least 12 live\
 , interactive CPD sessions for free in the year)\nAttendance certificates 
 will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided wi
 th a PDF attendance certificate. The meeting is expected to last for about
  an hour and a half overall\, and to qualify for at least an hour of relev
 ant CPD.\nNOT A MEMBER? Join for just £60 and get free access to this and

 ead carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant l
 ink ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of 
 the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead
  of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can d
 o this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once you h
 ave registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you
  register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the righ
 t name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 2
 4 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us 
 to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it is 
 not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to the 
 last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not be
  able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have te
 sted your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot s
 ee you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate.
  If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, please e
 mail events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way in w
 hich the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully pa
 ying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with 
 something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn your 
 video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Vide
 o off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD cer
 tificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you could
  be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This v
 erification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the value 
 of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by a
 ccreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates canno
