 \nImprove the EPC with Radbot - Intelligent TRV.\nThis is a great opportun
 ity to better understand how to improve EPCs and the use of Smart Heating 
 controls.\nWe will be joined by Steve Taylor from Secure Meters\nPre-Booki
 ng is required.\nThis CPD session will take you through the Radbot system.
 \nFollowing a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency brie
 f update / industry news\nMain session - Radbot\n\n\nIntorduction to Secur
 e\nRegulations - Energy Efficiency Standards\nIntroduction to Radbot\nHow 
 It works\nInstallation\nBenefits\n\nThis is followed by an open floor disc
 ussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish 
 around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to 
 gained from the open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is
  FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £25.
  (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions like this for f
 ree in the year)\nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  C
 PD record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to 
 enable them to claim at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nNOT A Proficiency

 \nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of 
 the meeting. This is typically sent out the evening before the event. For 
 online events we generally use Zoom and highly recommend you attend on a l
 arge screen device.\nThe evening before the event you will receive a link 
 to register for the event. You can do this any time from then until just b
 efore the meeting starts. Once you have registered you will receive the ac
 tual meeting link. Please ensure you register using your correct full name
 . This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if app
 licable)\,\n(If by the morning of the event you do not appear to have rece
 ived the link\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us.
  It will probably be there. If it is not then do contact events@proficienc
 y.services (but don't leave it to the last minute. Once we have started to
  set up for the session we will not be able to take calls or respond to em
 ails).\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up and both your audio
  and video are working. If we cannot see you are present we may not be abl
 e to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advance that you wil
 l not have video capability\, please email events@proficiency.services and
  we will agree an alternative way in which the organisers can verify you w
 ere actually present (and hopefully paying attention) for the entire sessi
 on.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call 
 during the session\, please turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid 
 a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence w
 ill not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of abse
 nce or where video is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being a
 ble to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of your presence is esse
 ntial for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is m
 aintained so they can be accepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are n
 o refunds where CPD certificates cannot be issued due to only partial atte
 ndance at an event\, or where we are unable to sufficiently verify your pr
