 ker meetings comprising an industry update and guest CPD speaker.\nThis mo
 nth we have a speaker from a global leader dedicated to the design and man
 ufacture of sustainable\, efficient and desirable heating and ventilation 
 solutions. The presentation will be provided by Chris Verrinder​ from Glen
  Dimplex Heating & Ventilation. \nFollowing a brief introduction\, the age
 nda will be:\n\nProficiency update / industry news\nAn overview of Glen Di
 mplex Heating & Ventilation and the currently available product ranges\nA 
 more detailed look at the latest in hot water heat pump technology\, when 
 and where they are appropriate.\n\nAs the technologies are evolving to sup
 port the drive for net zero\, we have asked Chris to bring us up to speed 
 on those changes.\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for 
 the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followe
 d by an open floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting.
 \nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at
  a cost of £20\nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD
  record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to en
 able them to claim the CPD time.\nFor non-members\, details of what you wo

 ease read carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the rele
 vant link ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahe
 ad of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours
  ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You
  can do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once
  you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensu
 re you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get th
 e right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\nPlease also ensure
  you have tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If
  we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD 
 certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capabilit
 y\, please email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternat
 ive way in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and 
 hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefl
 y deal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, pleas
 e turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other att
 endees. Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility
  for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off 
 so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certifi
 cate. This verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure tha
 t the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be a
 ccepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certif
 icates cannot be issued due to only partial attendance at an event). https
