 s. Following a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency bri
 ef update\nElmhurst news and updates from across the industry. There will 
 be sections on what is currently happening for...Domestic Energy Assessors
 On Construction Energy AssessorsNon-domestic Energy AssessorsRetrofit Asse
 ssors & CoordinatorsWhichever your strand(s)\, there will be something for
  you as well as an opportunity to keep up to date with what is happening i
 n the associated strands so you will be well informed when speaking to cli
 ents.\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meetin
 g or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an op
 en floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect th
 is to finish around 7:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can an there
  is a lot to gained from the open discussions and networking at the end.\n
 This event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a
  cost of £20\nAlso available free for Elmhurst members. To access this eve
 nt free as an Elmhurst member\, email events@proficiency.services with you
 r name and Elmhurst accreditation number and once verified you will be sen
 t a discount code to use when booking. (This will be a manual process so p
 lease allow a reasonable period for it to be processed\; and please check 
 your junk/spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't received the
  code).  \nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD reco
 rd. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable 
 them to claim at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nHOW IT WORKS - Please rea
 d carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant lin
 k ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of th
 e event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead o
 f the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can do 
 this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once you hav
 e registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you r
 egister using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the right 
 name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\nPlease also ensure you hav
 e tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cann
 ot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certific
 ate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, plea
 se email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way 
 in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefull
 y paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal w
 ith something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn y
 our video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. 
 Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD
  certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you c
 ould be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. Th
 is verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the va
 lue of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted 
 by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates c
