  conjunction with Elmhurst to introduce Proficiency members and selected g
 uests to the additional income opportunities presented by extending the  s
 ervices offered to include energy efficiency consultancy.\nThe aim of the 
 session is to give a flavour of what is involved if you extend your servic
 e beyond the standard EPC and/or Retrofit assessment. You will be introduc
 ed to this additional market opportunity and potentially pick up enough kn
 owledge to dip a toe in the water and see if it is something you would lik
 e to do.\nEnergy Consultancy Online Taster\n\nIntroduction\nOverview of th
 e Consultancy process\nAdvanced RdSAP\nQ&A \n\nFor those who want to take 
 it further\, there will subsequently be a full day course available (with 
 of course a reduced rate for Proficiency members). Details of the full cou
 rse and how to access it at preferential Proficiency rates will be availab

 iciency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £20. If you are th

 endance certificates will be added to the Proficiency member's CPD record.
  Non-Proficiency members will be provided with an attendance certificate t
 o enable them to claim at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nHOW IT WORKS - P
 lease read carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the rel
 evant link ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ah
 ead of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hour
 s ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. Yo
 u can do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Onc
 e you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ens
 ure you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get t
 he right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\nPlease also ensur
 e you have tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. I
 f we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD
  certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capabili
 ty\, please email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alterna
 tive way in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and
  hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to brief
 ly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, plea
 se turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other at
 tendees. Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibilit
 y for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off
  so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certif
 icate. This verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure th
 at the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be 
 accepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certi
 ficates cannot be issued due to only partial attendance at an event). http
