We cannot guarantee any additional places will become available.\nThis is hi gh value targeted CPD session for Non-Domestic Energy Assessors.\nIt is pr ovided by Proficiency with support from Elmhurst and is intended to give a n understanding of the convention changes immediately ahead of their imple mentation on 1st February 2023. \nThe session will be led by Ian Sturt\, C hairman of Proficiency\, assessor representative on the non-domestic conve ntions group and one of the primary authors of the convention changes. Ian will be supported by Josh Wakeling\, Head of Operations at Elmhurst and a nother of the primary contributors to the new conventions. \nYou will have an explanation of the convention changes and the opportunity to ask quest ions directly to some of the people involved in the process of developing them. The session is planned to last approximately one hour with a Q & A a t the end\; and we fully expect there to be some questions so allow an hou r and a half! \nTarget audience.\nThis will be a minimum of 1 hour of cert ificated CPD\, highly relevant to the non-domestic strand. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online events we generally use Zoo m.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time from then until just before the m eeting starts. Once you have registered you will receive the actual meetin g link. Please ensure you register using your correct full name. This ensu res you will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\, \nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up and both your audio and v ideo are working. If we cannot see you are present we may not be able to i ssue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, please email events@proficiency.services and we wi ll agree an alternative way in which the organisers can verify you were ac tually present (and hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nI f you need to briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a dist raction to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will no t affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate.
