DESCRIPTION:Pre-Booking is required.\nOne of our regular (monthly) speaker 
 meetings comprising an industry update and guest or in-house CPD speaker(s
 ). Following a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency bri
 ef update / industry news\nMain session - Billy Say from Quidos will addre
 ssing some of the unusual / less common issues DEAs come across and how th
 ey can be handled in RdSAP\n\nTo make this as relevant as possible\, atten
 dees booking early enough will be invited to submit their own unusual / le
 ss common issues that would like to see covered. Where appropriate\, these
  will be incorporated into the content.\nWe will then pick up any specific
  AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previous mee
 ting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and networking session
  to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around 7:30 pm but allow some
  flexibility if you can an there is a lot to gained from the open discussi
 ons and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members
 . It is open to non-members at a cost of £20\nIt is also FREE to Quidos me
 mbers using the discount code Quidos have supplied to their members.\nAtte
 ndance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members
  will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable them to claim a
 t least an hour of relevant CPD.\nHOW IT WORKS - Please read carefully\nYo
 u will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the 
 meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For on
 line events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you
  will receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time f
 rom then until just before the meeting starts. Once you have registered yo
 u will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using y
 our correct full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CP
 D certificate (if applicable)\,\nPlease also ensure you have tested your s
 et up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are 
 present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you kno
 w in advance that you will not have video capability\, please email events
 @proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way in which the or
 ganisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully paying attent
 ion) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something l
 ike an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn your video off w
 hilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for s
 hort periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. 
 Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\
 , will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification
  of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficie
 ncy CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditatio
 n schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates cannot be issued
