Following a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency brief update / industry news\nMain session with  Nigel Donohue from The In stallation Assurance Authority (IAA)\n\n\nThe benefits of End to End cover age across compliance ranging from PAS2030\, Trustmark\, MCS and Able to P ay Compliance Schemes along with guarantees\nTraining and the future skill s need including development of standards to the delivery of Level 5 Retro fit Coordinator and Risk Management Qualifications and Insulation NVQs etc \nThe role of testing to validate performance and ventilation requirements including approved background ventilation testing processes\nThe PAS stee ring Group\nThe rights and wrongs of cavity insulation extraction\nGeneral state of the nation within the industry\n\nThis session should be highly relevant for all energy assessors\, Retrofit Assessors and/or Coordinators .\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open f loor discussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect this t o finish around 7:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can an there is a lot to gained from the open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cos t of £20. (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions like t his for free in the year).\nAttendance certificates will be added to the m ember's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certi ficate to enable them to claim at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nHOW IT W ORKS - Please read carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the e vent. You can do this any time from then until just before the meeting sta rts. Once you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Pl ease ensure you register using your correct full name. This ensures you wi ll get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be t here. If it is not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't l eave it to the last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ens ure you have tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a C PD certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capabi lity\, please email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alter native way in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (a nd hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to bri efly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, pl ease turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibil ity for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is o ff so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD cert ificate.
