Time and again the accreditation schemes are having to deal with the goal posts being moved at the last minute. They cannot finish software whilst what i t is supposed to achieve keeps changing. We have agreed with Quidos that t here is no point them showing you something they know will not be the fini shed software.\nWe apologise for the inconvenience but would like to make it very clear that the Accreditation Schemes are not responsible for the d elays\, and Quidos are not responsible for us needing to rearrange this CP D. They can only work with what they are given and what they are being giv en has not been good enough\, and not been given to them early enough.\nAn yone already booked for the initial date will have their booking transferr ed to the new date. \nBookings for this event will close at midnight the d ay before the event.\nSoftware changes for RdSAP 10.The changes in RdSAP 1 0 mean that as well as Assessors needing to work slightly differently\, th e software will need to deal with entry of different data. Billy Say\, Sch eme Manager at Quidos\, will take you through how the data entry will chan ge\, and how that impacts the most efficient ways for you to collect and i nput the relevant information.\nPre-Booking is required.\nThis CPD session will take you through all the significant changes so you can collect all the information the software will be asking you for\, as efficiently as po ssible.\nFollowing a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficien cy brief update / industry news\nMain session -RdSAP 10 software changes\n \nThe different information you will need for RdSAP 10\nHow the user inter face has needed to change to accommodate the additional options\nHow this supports further developments and integrations\nHow the RdSAP 10 changes c arry over into Retrofit and Retrofit software\n\n\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and networ king session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm bu t allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gained from the o pen discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Profici ency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £25. (It makes more s ense to join and get at least 12 sessions like this for free in the year) \nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. This is typical ly sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time from then until just befo re the meeting starts. Once you have registered you will receive the actua l meeting link. Please ensure you register using your correct full name. T his ensures you will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applic able)\,\n(If there is less than 24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it is not then do contact events@proficiency.se rvices but don't leave it to the last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not be able to take calls or respond to emails) .\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, please email events@proficiency.services and we w ill agree an alternative way in which the organisers can verify you were a ctually present (and hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\n If you need to briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call durin g the session\, please turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a dis traction to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will n ot affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence o r where video is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able t o issue a CPD certificate.
