 res zero maintenance.\nPre-Booking is required.\nThis CPD session will be 
 presented by James Martin  of Showersave\, and most of the content should 
 be relevant to all strands of energy assessment. There should also be an o
 pportunity to consider the implications in SAP\, RdSAP and SBEM\, either w
 ithin the session or in the Q&A at the end.\nFollowing a brief introductio
 n\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency brief update / industry news\nMain 
 session - Waste Water Heat Recovery\n\nWhat is it?\nHow does it work?\nWhy
  is it a good idea?\nWhen is it suitable?\nIts relevance in Part L and EPC
 s\n\n\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meetin
 g or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an op
 en floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect th
 is to finish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as there
  is a lot to gained from the open discussions and networking at the end.\n
 This event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a
  cost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions li
 ke this for free in the year)\nAttendance certificates will be added to th
 e member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with a PDF attendance
  certificate. The meeting is expected to last for about an hour and a half
  overall\, and to qualify for at least an hour of relevant CPD.\nNOT A MEM

 eting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For onli
 ne events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you w
 ill receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time fro
 m then until just before the meeting starts. Once you have registered you 
 will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using you
 r correct full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD 
 certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 24 hours to go\, ple
 ase check your junk / spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't 
 received the link. It will probably be there. If it is not then do contact
  events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to the last minute. Once w
 e have started to set up for the session we will not be able to take calls
  or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up an
 d both your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present 
 we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in adv
 ance that you will not have video capability\, please email events@profici
 ency.services and we will agree an alternative way in which the organisers
  can verify you were actually present (and hopefully paying attention) for
  the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like an u
 rgent phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst yo
 u do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short per
 iods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonge
 d periods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, will p
 revent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of your
  presence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD 
 certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditation scheme
 s. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates cannot be issued due to
