 t is needed when\nHow monitoring delivers insights to building performance
 \nBalancing heat loss\, ventilation and moisture management\nTools and pro
 cesses for building performance tests\nHow to develop a monitoring plan fo
 r small and large scale retrofit projects\nApplications in post occupancy 
 monitoring and PAS 2035\n\n\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items
  tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThi
 s is followed by an open floor discussion and networking session to close 
 the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibili
 ty if you can as there is a lot to gained from the open discussions and ne
 tworking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is op
 en to non-members at a cost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get a
 t least 12 sessions like this for free in the year)\nAttendance certificat
 es will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided
  with a PDF attendance certificate. The meeting is expected to last for ab
 out an hour and a half overall\, and to qualify for at least an hour of re

 t link ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead 
 of the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ah
 ead of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You ca
 n do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once yo
 u have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure 
 you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the r
 ight name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less tha
 n 24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting 
 us to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it 
 is not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to t
 he last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not
  be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have
  tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we canno
 t see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certifica
 te. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, pleas
 e email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way i
 n which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully
  paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal wi
 th something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn yo
 ur video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. V
 ideo off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD 
 certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you co
 uld be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. Thi
 s verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the val
 ue of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted b
 y accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates ca
