 ily an 'improvers' session but also highly relevant to experienced DesignB
 uilder users.\nPre-Booking is required.\nThis CPD session will be presente
 d by Ian Sturt\, Chairman of Proficiency and experienced DesignBuilder use
 r.  This will be an interactive workshop session focussing on topics reque
 sted by attendees.\n\nSpecific content to be covered\n\nPlease submit your
  requests for what you would like covered and we will endeavour to incorpo
 rate them.\n\n\n\nThe aim is to demonstrate the effective way(s) of utilis
 ing the helpful features in DesignBuilder. There will be demonstration of 
 some methods\, but also an opportunity to discuss and share alternatives\,
  se everyone should learn something from this workshop session.\nTime perm
 itting we can also pick up other topics introduced during the session.\nTh
 is event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a c
 ost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get access to at least 12 liv
 e\, interactive CPD sessions for free in the year)\nAttendance certificate
 s will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided 
 with a PDF attendance certificate. The meeting is expected to last for abo
 ut an hour and a half overall\, and to qualify for at least an hour of rel

  read carefully\nYou will be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant
  link ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead o
 f the event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahe
 ad of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can
  do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once you
  have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure y
 ou register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the ri
 ght name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than
  24 hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting u
 s to say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it i
 s not then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to th
 e last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not 
 be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have 
 tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot
  see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificat
 e. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, please
  email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way in
  which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully 
 paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal wit
 h something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn you
 r video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Vi
 deo off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD c
 ertificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you cou
 ld be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This
  verification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the valu
 e of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by
  accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates can
