 y approaches (hopefully)\, we have a run through of the software and an op
 portunity to ask questions on anything that doesn't seem clear.\nPLEASE NO
 TE - This should be most highly relevant to DEAs\, RAs and RCs.\nFollowing
  a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\n\nProficiency brief update 
 / industry news\n\nRdSAP 10 latest\n\n\n\n\nRdSAP10 expected implementatio
 n\nThe software changes for RdSAP10 \nQuestions and answers\n\n\n\nWe will
  then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried for
 ward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discuss
 ion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish aro
 und 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gai
 ned from the open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FR
 EE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £25. (I
 t makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions like this for free
  in the year)\nThere is a discounted rate of £10 for ecmk members attendin
 g this session. Check the notification ecmk sent you\, or contact them for
  the discount code before booking. Refunds cannot given if you have booked
  at the full rate.\nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's 
  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate t

  be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the meetin
 g. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online e
 vents we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will 
 receive a link to register for the event. You can do this any time from th
 en until just before the meeting starts. Once you have registered you will
  receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you register using your co
 rrect full name. This ensures you will get the right name on your CPD cert
 ificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 24 hours to go\, please 
 check your junk / spam folder before contacting us to say you haven't rece
 ived the link. It will probably be there. If it is not then do contact eve
 nts@proficiency.services but don't leave it to the last minute. Once we ha
 ve started to set up for the session we will not be able to take calls or 
 respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have tested your set up and bo
 th your audio and video are working. If we cannot see you are present we m
 ay not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advance
  that you will not have video capability\, please email events@proficiency
 .services and we will agree an alternative way in which the organisers can
  verify you were actually present (and hopefully paying attention) for the
  entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with something like an urgen
 t phone call during the session\, please turn your video off whilst you do
  so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video off for short periods
  of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged pe
 riods of absence or where video is off so you could be absent\, will preve
 nt us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This verification of your pre
 sence is essential for us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD cert
 ificates is maintained so they can be accepted by accreditation schemes.
