 s plans.\nThis session will be presented by Nick Lowry and Craig Dunsford 
 of Capture Property and will feature live demos of the latest version of z
 Plan software\nFollowing a brief Proficiency update the agenda will be:\n
 \nGetting a competitive edge in the floor plan market\n\n\n\n\nIntroductio
 n to the latest software developments and how they help service the floor 
 plan market\n\n\nDrawing basic rooms. A walkthrough of zPlan's drag-and-dr
 op editor to create four-sided rooms.\n\n\nDrawing complex rooms - Demonst
 rating how to create rooms with more than four walls using either the drag
 -and-drop editor or with the Dynamic Drawing tool.\n\n\nDrawing advanced r
 ooms - Exploring how to design and arrange a complex floor plan\, includin
 g measuring and placing irregular rooms using the drag-and-drop editor.\n
 \n\nDressing it up - Adding the finishing touches to floor plans\, includi
 ng fixtures\, room names\, and dimensions to maximise the impact and perce
 ived value of your plans.\n\n\nAdditional tips & tricks making use of the 
 latest additional features.\n\n\nQ&A: with a brief overview of Capture ser
 vices and oppportunities they may present for expanding your range of serv
 ices.\n\n\n\n\n\n \nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for
  the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is follow
 ed by an open floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting
 . Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you c
 an as there is a lot to gained from the open discussions and networking at
  the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-m
 embers at a cost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 
 sessions like this for free in the year)\nAttendance certificates will be 
 added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with an at
 tendance certificate to enable them to claim at least an hour of relevant

 nk ahead of the meeting. This is typically sent out about 1 day ahead of t
 he event. For online events we generally use Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead 
 of the event you will receive a link to register for the event. You can do
  this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Once you ha
 ve registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ensure you 
 register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get the right
  name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If there is less than 24
  hours to go\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us t
 o say you haven't received the link. It will probably be there. If it is n
 ot then do contact events@proficiency.services but don't leave it to the l
 ast minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we will not be 
 able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure you have tes
 ted your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we cannot se
 e you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD certificate. 
 If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\, please em
 ail events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative way in wh
 ich the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hopefully pay
 ing attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly deal with s
 omething like an urgent phone call during the session\, please turn your v
 ideo off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attendees. Video
  off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility for CPD cert
 ificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so you could 
 be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificate. This ve
 rification of your presence is essential for us to ensure that the value o
 f Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they can be accepted by ac
 creditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD certificates cannot
