 ill be engaged in or associated with Retrofit and is one not to be missed.

 an opportunity to see how effective partnerships\, responsive development

 ou through how all steps in the Retrofit process can be managed effectivel
 y.\nFollowing a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency br
 ief update / industry news\nMain session - End to End Retrofit\n\n\nIntrod
 uction to the newly formed Quidos Group.\nOverview of the Retrofit Project
  Lodgement platform: Pasport.\nPasport: The system demonstrated.\nWho can 
 use Pasport and how to access it.\nNext steps for RCs / RAs \n\nWe will th
 en pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forwar
 d from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion
  and networking session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around
  5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gained
  from the open discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE 
 for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £25. (It m
 akes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions like this for free in

 u can do this any time from then until just before the meeting starts. Onc
 e you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. Please ens
 ure you register using your correct full name. This ensures you will get t
 he right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If by the mornin
 g of the event you do not appear to have received the link\, please check 
 your junk / spam folder before contacting us. It will probably be there. I
 f it is not then do contact events@proficiency.services (but don't leave i
 t to the last minute. Once we have started to set up for the session we wi
 ll not be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also ensure yo
 u have tested your set up and both your audio and video are working. If we
  cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with a CPD cer
 tificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video capability\,
  please email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an alternative
  way in which the organisers can verify you were actually present (and hop
 efully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to briefly d
 eal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\, please t
 urn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to other attend
 ees. Video off for short periods of absence will not affect eligibility fo
 r CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video is off so 
 you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD certificat
