 P10 CPD sessions in the lead up to its release. Now we are pleased to be a
 ble to provide one looking specifically at ventilation\; a topic largely o
 verlooked in previous versions of RdSAP. This sessions is being provided i
 n conjunction with ECMK.\nA detailed look at the new ventilation options i
 n RdSAP10.A highly relevant session for Domestic Energy Assessors\, Retrof
 it Assessors and Retrofit Coordinators.\nPre-Booking is required.\nFollowi
 ng a brief introduction\, the agenda will be:\n\nProficiency brief update 
 / industry news\nMain session - Ventilation\n\n\nWhy there is a need for a
 dditional ventilation options in RdSAP10\nWhat the additional ventilation 
 options are\nHow those ventilation systems work\nRecognising the different
  types of ventilation\nEvidence requirements to support the different data
  entries\n\nWe will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the mee
 ting or carried forward from the previous meeting.\nThis is followed by an
  open floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting. Expect
  this to finish around 5:30 pm but allow some flexibility if you can as th
 ere is a lot to gained from the open discussions and networking at the end
 .\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members a
 t a cost of £25. (It makes more sense to join and get at least 12 sessions
  like this for free in the year)\nECMK members can access this event for j
 ust £10 using the discount code that will be provided by ECMK to their mem
 bers.\nAttendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. 
 Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable them

 be sent joining instructions and/or the relevant link ahead of the meeting
 . This is typically sent out the evening before the event. For online even
 ts we generally use Zoom and highly recommend you attend on a large screen
  device.\nThe evening before the event you will receive a link to register
  for the event. You can do this any time from then until just before the m
 eeting starts. Once you have registered you will receive the actual meetin
 g link. Please ensure you register using your correct full name. This ensu
 res you will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,
 \n(If by the morning of the event you do not appear to have received the l
 ink\, please check your junk / spam folder before contacting us. It will p
 robably be there. If it is not then do contact events@proficiency.services
  (but don't leave it to the last minute. Once we have started to set up fo
 r the session we will not be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPl
 ease also ensure you have tested your set up and both your audio and video
  are working. If we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue
  you with a CPD certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have
  video capability\, please email events@proficiency.services and we will a
 gree an alternative way in which the organisers can verify you were actual
 ly present (and hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf yo
 u need to briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the
  session\, please turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distract
 ion to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will not af
 fect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or whe
 re video is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to iss
 ue a CPD certificate. This verification of your presence is essential for 
 us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained 
 so they can be accepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds 
 where CPD certificates cannot be issued due to only partial attendance at 
 an event\, or where we are unable to sufficiently verify your presence). h
