 truction\, and validation practices.This session isn't just about identify
 ing the problem\; it's about providing solutions. We will outline actionab
 le strategies and innovative approaches that can identify and address the 
 performance gap. We’ll discuss the vital role of robust testing and measur
 ement in validating building performance\, enabling you to:\n\nOffer your 
 clients additional services that provide insight into the as-built perform
 ance of buildings\nIdentify issues early and optimise energy efficiency\nG
 ain valuable knowledge on how to move beyond theoretical predictions and a
 chieve actual\, high-performing buildings\n\n \nWe will then pick up any s
 pecific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previ
 ous meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and networking 
 session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm but all
 ow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gained from the open d
 iscussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficiency

 ctions and/or the relevant link ahead of the meeting. This is typically se
 nt out about 1 day ahead of the event. For online events we generally use 
 Zoom.\nAround 24 hours ahead of the event you will receive a link to regis
 ter for the event. You can do this any time from then until just before th
 e meeting starts. Once you have registered you will receive the actual mee
 ting link. Please ensure you register using your correct full name. This e
 nsures you will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)

 u need to briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the

 ion to other attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will not af
 fect eligibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or whe
 re video is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to iss
 ue a CPD certificate. This verification of your presence is essential for 
 us to ensure that the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained 
 so they can be accepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds
