 on will be conducted by Kelda Showers.\n \nThe focus of this session will 
 be on the various types of showers available and their application in both
  New Build and Retrofit scenarios. We will also address Part L Building Re
 gulations\, Non-Residential properties\, the decarbonisation of Social Hou
 sing\, Retrofit strategies\, and provide an overview of installation consi
 derations for each type.\nFollowing a brief update on Proficiency\, the ag
 enda will include:\n\n\nIntroduction to Kelda Showers\n\n\nTechnology - ho
 w our showers function\n\n\nPerformance\n\n\n\n\nKelda Showers in new buil
 ds\n\n\nEnergy efficiency\n\n\nInstallation options \n\n\n\n\nKelda Shower
 s in retrofitting\n\n\nEnergy efficiency\n\n\nInstallation options \n\n\n
 \n\nProduct and Design options\n\n\nQuestions\n\n\n We will then pick up a
 ny specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the p
 revious meeting.\nThis is followed by an open floor discussion and network
 ing session to close the meeting. Expect this to finish around 5:30 pm but
  allow some flexibility if you can as there is a lot to gained from the op
 en discussions and networking at the end.\nThis event is FREE for Proficie
 ncy members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £25. (It makes more se
 nse to join and get at least 12 sessions like this for free in the year)\n
 Attendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-mem
 bers will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable them to cla

 ypically sent out the evening before the event. For online events we gener
 ally use Zoom and highly recommend you attend on a large screen device.\nO
 nce registering you should get an email with a link to a Zoom registration
  page. Once you have registered you will receive the actual meeting link. 
 Please ensure you register using your correct full name. This ensures you 
 will get the right name on your CPD certificate (if applicable)\,\n(If by 
 the morning of the event you do not appear to have received the link\, ple
 ase check your junk / spam folder before contacting us. It will probably b
 e there. If it is not then do contact events@proficiency.services (but don
 't leave it to the last minute. Once we have started to set up for the ses
 sion we will not be able to take calls or respond to emails).\nPlease also
  ensure you have tested your set up and both your audio and video are work
 ing. If we cannot see you are present we may not be able to issue you with
  a CPD certificate. If you know in advance that you will not have video ca
 pability\, please email events@proficiency.services and we will agree an a
 lternative way in which the organisers can verify you were actually presen
 t (and hopefully paying attention) for the entire session.\nIf you need to
  briefly deal with something like an urgent phone call during the session\
 , please turn your video off whilst you do so to avoid a distraction to ot
 her attendees. Video off for short periods of absence will not affect elig
 ibility for CPD certificates. Prolonged periods of absence or where video 
 is off so you could be absent\, will prevent us being able to issue a CPD 
 certificate. This verification of your presence is essential for us to ens
 ure that the value of Proficiency CPD certificates is maintained so they c
 an be accepted by accreditation schemes. \n(There are no refunds where CPD
  certificates cannot be issued due to only partial attendance at an event\
