Proficiency Celebrates New Chapter with Exciting Giveaway

On Monday, 13th October 2025, the transition of Proficiency began, culminating on Tuesday, 14th October, when Proficiency transfered to the ownership of a Company Limited by Guarantee, now fully in the hands of its valued members.

This milestone realises the longheld vision of Ian Sturt, our former Chairman, whose unwavering dedication has elevated Proficiency formerly the Devon and Cornwall Home Inspectors Association (DCHI) to its current stature as a National body representing energy efficiency professionals. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ian for his exceptional leadership and commitment.
