Once Proficiency members are ready to form the board that will take over running it, Proficiency will transition to a fully fledged not for profit National Trade Association. It will be run entirely by an elected group of members, for the benefit of its members. Until that point is reached, it remains managed by the Directors, who are guided by a voluntary panel of members.
