Proficiency Regular Speaker Meeting (2/3/2022)

One of our regular (monthly) speaker meetings comprising an industry update and guest CPD speaker(s). Following a brief introduction, the agenda will be:

• Proficiency update / industry news
• New RdSAP Conventions going live 1st March
• Upcoming changes to Part L of the Building Regulations (brief overview)
• Domestic EPC smart rules
• SAP / RdSAP for post 2008 builds
• Cross scheme guidance on Party Walls and Postcode Changes

We will then pick up any specific AOB items tabled for the meeting or carried forward from the previous meeting.

This is followed by an open floor discussion and networking session to close the meeting.

This event is FREE for Proficiency members. It is open to non-members at a cost of £20

Attendance certificates will be added to the member's  CPD record. Non-members will be provided with an attendance certificate to enable them to claim the CPD time.
