About

We are a small family business focused on various Building Modelling tasks and EPCs. We operate primarily in Berkshire and London area, but respond to Nationwide calls for large building projects.

We established GT Advanced Ltd in 2014 to provide Building Simulation Services to our Clients and Partners. 

Our goal is to ensure that building occupants get the full benefits of a well-designed healthy environment, which is not only a requirement, but a fundamental human right, while energy saving targets are still achieved with the optimal operation of efficient building systems. 

We use state-of-the-art building simulation methods to predict thermal and visual comfort, building performance and related carbon footprint from planning stage to operational buildings. Simple SBEM or more complex DSM simulations are effectively used for compliance and certification to ensure that both existing and newly designed buildings will meet the minimum performance criteria set by legislation and to identify areas for improvement.

  • Our background is Building Services Engineering (BSc, MSc) and obtained PhD Degree in Indoor Air Quality and Ventilation.
  • We have 25+ years work experience in this Industry from the very bottom skilled working to the top academic levels.
  • Guest Lecturer at Reading University 2011-2015.
