We provide professional energy surveys. Covering all types of buildings, from existing domestic and commercial premises as well as newly built homes. We are a fully accredited, independent energy assessor qualified to the highest industry standards. Whether you require pre-installation surveys for proposed PV or Heat Pump installation or an Energy Performance Certificate for sale, rental, or other purposes, you can rely on our experience. In addition, we also undertake Standard Assessment process (SAP), water efficiency assessments and Simplified Building Energy Models (SBEM) and can provide floorplans and 360 Virtual Tour photography.

Description of Services Provision of Energy Performance Assessments for both Domestic and Non- Domestic properties. 17 Years experience and expertise. I also provide analysis of the EPC Results to help determine what improvements listed on the EPC would help improve the EPC rating. For New build and change of use /conversions I can provide SAP based assessments to demonstrate compliance with building control requirements and the On Construction EPC at the completion of the project. For “publicly accessible buildings”, such as Council properties; Museums, Libraries, Sports & Leisure Centres where Display Energy Certificates are required, I can provide these also.
