Following a consultation the government has confirmed it is going ahead with the closure of the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (DRHI). Details of the outcome of the consultation are here. 

The planned successor to the DRHI is the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. Apparently this £450 million successor scheme will provide £5,000 and £6,000 grants as part of more than £3.9 billion of new funding to decarbonise heat and buildings.
