Trial of VUABL software - Complete floor plans by LIDAR scanning

This is NOT a standard CPD event.

This is the "onboarding" for Proficiency members interested to trial (for FREE) the VUABL software for producing floor plans simply from scanning the rooms.

To be included in the trial, you need to register for the event here. You will then be sent a link to the onboarding session scheduled for Monday 14th April at 4 pm. You will also need to have access to an iPhone 12 Pro or above (including iPad Pro). The floor plan scanning runs on iOS software and uses the phone's LIDAR scanner.

(If you don't have a suitable phone, perhaps you can borrow one).

You will be expected to try out the software and feed back how it works. There is no commitment beyond that at this stage. This is simply the first step towards creating a Proficiency Member Group  arrangement so those membes who wish to continue using the software can do so at a highly advantageous price.

We will try and create further opportunities for people who cannot manage to get to this initial session, but this is the one to get on if you can for maximum benefit. At this stage we will not be able to trial the integration through into an EPC software. That is probably still a couple of months away.
