Other Information I started in 2005 training and studying for the qualifications building surveying, home inspectors and energy efficiency. I qualified as a home inspector (level 4) in 2007 and one of the first to become a domestic energy assessor in the country. I have seen many changes and I have many skills, on this path, I have trained as Green Deal Assessor, Domestic Retrofit Assessor, Solar PV System Designer, homes conveyancing, Home Information Packs (HIP’S), floor plans, Title plans and Title Register problems. This development never stops and through Proficiency online and in house training, I gain continuing professional development (CPD) to one of the highest standards in the industry. Proficiency keeps me up to date with the latest news and information in the industry, which is vital in this fast-moving industry. I have been a member of Proficiency, they continued to grow into one of the leaders of the independent associations in the country. The most important things apart from CPD is they have a place on the government committees for changes to the energy efficiency performance (EPC). This gives Proficiency a voice in the industry and helps us to have an influence in the industry.
