Based in Derbyshire, I cover the Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire, South Yourkshire and East Staffordshire area. With fifteen years of experience, and having considerable experience working with rural estates across the Peak District on compliance with MEES on more challenging properties. Providing support to home owners and developers across the UK on properties in Conservation Areas and also assisting owners of Listed Buildings to comply with MEES but also develop sustainable and energy efficient homes. Commercially i work across a much larger geographic area, helping businesses with their premises achieve energy efficient building, saving money and developing a greener operating site. Clients are across the UK, primarily in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire area, but nationally including London for speciaist projects.
