Other Information CUSTOMER APPRAISAL Thank you very much from both of us for organising this second EPC inspection. The difference between Jon Morgan’s attitude and the original examiner’s approach is as the difference between chalk and cheese. Jon asked lots of questions and was prepared to take into consideration documented information about the insulation, the heating system and much more. The fact that he asked questions rather than scooting through the tick box pro forma without question was so significant that it relegated the former to a league below. I know that we are happy because we got a better result, but even had we not, Jon explained everything that we could do to improve our score. The EPC grading system is a blunt instrument and it needs people who are sensitive to the impact of it. I would highly recommend you and other agencies to use Jon because he is knowledgeable, professional and empathetic.
