I have been a DEA since 2021 and completed just a shade under 700 EPC ‘s I never failed an audit or triggered any Smart Audits
I am coming back to RA field after working for various social housing here in England and Northern Ireland undertaking condition surveys and damp surveys which I still do on ad-hoc basis. Originally from Nottingham but now live on the Wirral so access to the Noth West, North Wales,Shropshire and of course Northern Ireland with a twice daily ferry service to Belfast minutes away from my home.
