Specialist Services
Our specialist services include Retrofit Design, Retrofit Coordination, Retrofit assessment (IWI, EWI, RIR, Loft, CWI, Boiler and Heating Controls, ASHP, FTCH and Solar PV), Retrofit Coordination under PAS 2035, Technical Monitoring, Compliance Audits, Independent Site Audits (ISA), and Project Verification. We also offer PSI modelling, ventilation strategy development, pre-condition reporting, and TrustMark submission support. With MCIOB-qualified professionals and accredited assessors, our team ensures all retrofit measures are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Ofgem, TrustMark, and manufacturer specifications. Our expertise covers ECO4 and GBIS-funded projects with focus on fabric-first principles and long-term building performance improvement.
Qualifications
Our team includes two MCIOB-qualified Retrofit Designers, three certified Retrofit Coordinators, and three accredited Retrofit Assessors. All team members are trained and qualified under PAS 2035:2023 standards with active memberships in professional institutions. Our coordinators hold accreditation through ECMK and Elmhurst, while our technical staff continuously update skills through CPDs, ATMA, and IAA training sessions. We uphold the highest standards of professional competency, ensuring every project complies with TrustMark and Ofgem requirements.
