Fixed price Commercial EPCs and full project SBEM/BRUKL Reports. We specialise in large, complex buildings, new builds/refurbishments and multi-unit industrial sites.
CBEM-UK Ltd (Commercial Building Energy Modelling) provides all the necessary calculations and certificates necessary to achieve Part L2 (A or B) Building Control sign-off at both design and completion stage. This includes SBEM/BRUKL and Commercial EPCs.
We charge a fixed fee, determined by the complexity and size of the building.
All our services include the necessary consultancy to ensure your project achieves compliance in a smooth and timely manner.
Our modelling services can also be used as evidence for the award of BREEAM credits for modules HEA 01, 04, and ENE 01, 04.
Our SBEM and BREEAM services are desk based and we are able (and accredited) to model any non-domestic building in England, Wales and Scotland.
