We provide Energy Performance Certificates in Somerset and Devon.
SW Property Reports are based in Taunton, providing Energy Performance Certificates for Domestic and Commercial properties.
Since 2007 we have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to property owners; estate, letting and commercial agents; solicitors; surveyors; and Public Bodies across Somerset, Devon and Dorset. We specialise in Commercial EPCs and MEES compliance work.
Our aim is a high quality, personal and professional service for all of our clients. We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses. We are nationally accredited and audited by our professional standards body Quidos.
