Fairwood Solutions offers a full range of services relating to energy assessment. These include domestic and non-domestic energy assessment to prepare Energy Performance Certificates together with design stage assessments (SAP and SBEM) to satisfy the requirements of Building Regulations Part L.
Fairwood Solutions also undertake air leakage testing for new and existing buildings as well as the provision of U value calculations.
