The new non-domestic EPC conventions have finally been published and are for implementation from 1st February 2023.

They will be circulated to members by each of the accreditation schemes in due course but if you would like to get your hands on a copy they are available here Commercial EPC E & W Conventions Issue 2 Jan 1st 2011 (proficiency.services).

We will be putting together some guidance and a dedicated CPD session for members. These will cover the changes, most of which we have significantly contributed to getting included in these conventions.

CPD sessions have been arranged in partnership with Elmhurst. The 23rd January one sold out very quickly so there is an additional session arranged for 30th January. Details at Non-Domestic Conventions (Issue 8) (proficiency.services).
