The government has today updated the 'Reforms to the Energy Performance of Buildings' regime consultation page.
They have confirmed that they have delayed the delivery of these reforms until the second half of 2027.
This has been done following engagement with the industry on this delivery timeline. This gives the government further time to implement the changes to domestic EPCs.
