The Energy Performance Integrated Management System

epIMS is a software platform that will generate professional energy efficiency reports quickly from data already collected for an EPC. 

Proficiency members who are Accredited Energy Assessors can register with epIMS to generate Preliminary and Premium Energy Efficiency Reports for UK residential properties.

Preliminary Energy Efficiency Reports can be offered to clients as an added feature to a standard EPC assessment.

Premium Energy Efficiency Reports are a chargeable upgrade service offering an excellent alternative to more costly alternative assessments.

Proficiency members are eligible for introductory savings on accessing Premium reports. (If fully utilised, this benefit has a value to a Proficiency member of up to £350*).
